What's New

Item Description
Over 100 Drills The iTennisSystem Pro includes over 100 professionally designed drills. Drills are automatically categorized allowing for efficient and quick access to your data. You can easily modify the drills and customize them to your own training sessions with a few key strokes and mouse clicks. You can also create your own in minutes.
Enhanced Layout The new and simplified layout gives you access to your drills, tennis tools, and tennis images all at once. You now have the ability to hide any panels that you do not use frequently which leaves a larger screen area for your information. The system automatically remembers your preferred layout and restores your preferences by default.
New Gallery Objects Check out some of the new tennis Objects by switching to the tennis tools tab in the main view of the drill editor. You will find Objects organized by type allowing you to visually find related tennis objects (or props).
Auto-Rally Create a graphical representation of a rally with a couple of mouse clicks (use the right mouse button). You can then customize the players (shirt color ...), path, label... The system automatically increments the path labels. Note that the most common tennis objects are accessible through a right click of the mouse. This increased your productivity and saves you time.
Configure Tennis Objects Easily configure your tennis objects. You can virtually change any aspect of a tennis object once on the canvas (color, shape, length, angle ...) 2D and 3D capabilities Tennis court size is scaled to actual dimensions regardless of angle and size on screen.
Auto-Fill The system atomically fills in text after you start typing a few characters of any word. This substantially speeds up your text entry (descriptions, notes, organization...)
Multiple drill category assignments You can now associate a drill with multiple categories. This new feature further helps you in organizing your tennis information. By clicking on a given category, you are presented with all drills under that category.
Multiple language support You can now purchase additional language packs that permit using the system in multiple languages on the fly. With one click, you can, for example, switch between English and French.
Customization of drill form You can now change the heading of any section in the drill form. We did an extensive study in what to include in representing a drill; but, we also give you the ability to modify the layout and headings if you wish.
Import images You can easily import images in the system. Once imported, these images are available to include in any drill you wish. You can, for example, scan images from a Tennis magazine and add them to the system.
Documentation enhancements An updated On-line help provides more information than ever on how to best use iTennisSystem. The Getting Started Guide walks you through the process of building your first drill and lesson. Use the new Tutorial to walk
through some of the crucial components of the product.
Enhanced Printing You can print drills and lessons as they appear on the screen. A preview screen allows you to view what you are about to print.
Unlimited Zoom You can zoom in or zoom out to fit more information on any screen.
Export / Import drills You now have the ability to import and import drills. This feature allows you to share your drills and grow your repertoire of drills.
Multiple drills per lesson You can include up to eight drills in any given lesson. Including a drill in a lesson only takes three mouse clicks.
Automatic lesson duration The system automatically computes the lesson duration based on individual drills included.

Program Tree view

Lessons in a given program (for example, a tennis camp, a junior's season program...) are displayed in a tree-like view. This view allows you to quickly get a snapshot of what each program contains by expanding it (i.e. clicking on the + sign)

Arrange lessons by order

Once you include a lesson in a program, you assign it an order that corresponds to its chronological order (the meaning of the order could also be the level of difficulty). You can change the assigned order if you wish.

New wizards guide you

The New Drill Wizard (and Lesson Wizard) will guide you in several easy steps to create a drill. You can always change any information included in this process later.

Print directly from the iTennisSystem Manager iTennisSystem Manager (professional version only) gives a centralized control center for all your tennis information. In particular, you can print and lesson or drill from the manager.
Enhanced Sorting

You can easily sort your information (drills, lessons, programs, categories, ...)

And much more...

Known Issues

Item Description Workaround
When no printer is installed, the form boundaries overlap. The pages in the drill editor and lesson editor main forms appear overlapping when no printers are installed.

Install a printer on you computer (even if you do not have a printer connected).

Simply go to the Start | Settings | Printers menu and select Add Printer

Print Preview and Docked windows On some computers, after a print preview the docked bars may undock or hide themselves. Show the bars you wish from the View menu in the drill editor. After you exit your screen layout will be saved and reloaded once you start the software.
